Terms and Conditions of Lightspeed Communications Australia Pty Ltd – Online Shopping
By purchasing or engaging goods or services through Lightspeed Communications Pty Ltd you agree to adhere to the following terms and conditions. These conditions override all others that may have been provided by an individual in the employ of Lightspeed Communications.
Payment: Lightspeed Communications require immediate payment. Once payment has cleared (24 hours for Commonwealth Bank customers, 2 business days for other banks) we will immediately dispatch the goods. If urgent delivery is required please contact Lightspeed by phone to discuss. An email will be sent to your nominated email address to advise delivery time. There will be no international orders at this time.
If you are a new customer and do not have our bank details please contact us at our office and we will provide them.
Returns: please contact Lightspeed to discuss options.
Purchase Price: all sales made by Lightspeed Communications are final. If you wish to make a bulk order (over 100 items of the same product) please contact Lightspeed to discuss pricing.
Delivery: delivery of products will be made by the next working day unless goods are unavailable in which case you will be contacted by Lightspeed. If required immediately, same day courier may be able to be arranged, however please note that this may incur an added fee. For this, please contact Lightspeed before making purchases.
Supply: if items are not in stock and need to be place on backorder, Lightspeed will deliver all available items and deliver backordered items as soon as they are in stock.
Delivery costs will apply for all areas, VIP courier may be a higher costing.
Feedbacks handling procedures: to make a comment or give us feedback, please fill out the feedback form provided on the website and we will be happy to help in any way we can (maybe not in the terms and conditions)
